There are applicants for every job who apply with their documents and certificates. And the best is taken. This principle is the most successful always take the best and the most diligent. The nepotism and family economy in Africa is an evil in many areas. Not only in the farms, but also in politics, wherever. Nepotism prevails everywhere. You take the best friends and not the best employees available.
 
Pay your workers better so they feel at home there and not like slaves. Teach them to be good farmers, they will learn more and the family will be happy.
Give them a home, maybe a used container on your farm, or a small house. Make them part of your success and you will earn more and have a good staff.

Upendeleo na uchumi wa familia barani Afrika ni mbaya katika maeneo mengi. Sio tu mashambani, bali hata katika siasa, popote pale. Upendeleo unatawala kila mahali. Unachukua marafiki bora na sio wafanyikazi bora wanaopatikana.
 
Walipe wafanyikazi wako vizuri zaidi ili wajisikie nyumbani na sio kama watumwa. Wafundishe kuwa wakulima wazuri, watajifunza zaidi na familia itakuwa na furaha.
Wape nyumba, labda chombo kilichotumika kwenye shamba lako, au nyumba ndogo. Wafanye sehemu ya mafanikio yako na utapata zaidi na kuwa na wafanyakazi wazuri.
