Ways To Deal with Unproductive Farm Workers
 
1. CONFRONT THEM
If you don’t confront unproductive farm workers around you in good time, you will allow them to poison the mind of the hardworking ones and this will cripple your farming business.
 
2. ENCOURAGE THEM
Some farm workers may need encouragement from time to time in order to keep putting in their best. When you see the ones in this state around you, do all you can to encourage them. It is possible that you might still get them to be productive ultimately.
 
3. INVESTIGATE THEM
Find out why they are feeling and acting lazy/ unproductive. You never know. They may be passing through a tough time in their private lives. Investigate them thoroughly to find out the real problem and seek for ways to bring them back into better productive frame of mind.
 
4. WARN THEM
Well, this is business! If the lazy workers still persist in their lethargic state, you may need to warn them rigorously to buckle up! Let them know that there is no way you are going to tolerate a continuous lazy disposition in your farm business.
 
5. OFFLOAD THEM
If the workers refuse to change, you will have to brace yourself and fire them. Yes, fire them before they fire you out of farming business. The good thing is that it is far better to help someone at a distance than to accommodate them around you to your own detriment!

1. PAMBANA NAO
Ikiwa hutakabiliana na wafanyakazi wa mashambani wasio na tija karibu nawe kwa wakati mzuri, utawaruhusu kuharibu akili ya wale wanaofanya kazi kwa bidii na hii italemaza biashara yako ya kilimo.
 
2. WAPE MOYO
Baadhi ya wafanyakazi wa mashambani wanaweza kuhitaji kutiwa moyo mara kwa mara ili kuendelea kujituma zaidi. Unapowaona walio katika hali hii karibu nawe, fanya yote uwezayo kuwatia moyo. Inawezekana kwamba bado unaweza kuwafanya wawe na tija hatimaye.
 
3. WACHUNGUZE
Jua kwa nini wanajisikia na wanafanya uvivu/ wasio na tija. Huwezi kujua. Wanaweza kuwa wanapitia wakati mgumu katika maisha yao ya faragha. Wachunguze kwa kina ili kujua shida halisi na utafute njia za kuwarudisha katika hali bora ya akili yenye tija.
 
4. WAONYE
Naam, hii ni biashara! Ikiwa wafanyakazi wavivu bado wanaendelea katika hali yao ya uchovu, huenda ukahitaji kuwaonya kwa ukali ili wafunge! Wajulishe kwamba hakuna njia utakayoweza kuvumilia tabia ya uvivu inayoendelea katika biashara yako ya shamba.
 
5. ZISHUSHE
Ikiwa wafanyikazi watakataa kubadilika, itabidi ujikaze na kuwafukuza kazi. Ndiyo, wafukuze kazi kabla hawajakufukuza katika biashara ya kilimo. Jambo jema ni kwamba ni afadhali zaidi kumsaidia mtu aliye mbali kuliko kumkaribisha karibu nawe kwa madhara yako mwenyewe!
